Domm Holland, Chair

Holland is the Co-Founder and CEO of Fast, the world’s fastest online login and checkout platform. Widely known at the ’World’s Fastest CEO,” Domm is an entrepreneur and self-taught engineer. He has founded and scaled companies in the logistics, transportation and technology sectors. Domm previously founded and served as CEO of Tow, an on-demand vehicle towing platform in Australia. He has worked across Australia and the U.S. in national and multinational telecommunications and technology companies.

Brian Sugar

Brian Sugar is the president of Group Nine Media, one of the world’s largest digital-first media companies, which houses the media brands NowThis, The Dodo, POPSUGAR, Thrillist and Seeker. Brian co-founded POPSUGAR with his wife Lisa Sugar, in 2006. He’s also a founder and partner of Sugar Capital, a venture capital firm that strives to simplify and elevate everyday life. Brian advises and serves on the board of multiple leading retail and e-commerce brands, including Everlane, AfterPay, Olive & June and True Botanicals.

Maia Josebachvili

Maia Josebachvili leads Corporate Development at Stripe. Prior to Stripe, she was Vice President of Strategy, Marketing, and People at Greenhouse. Maia is on the board of Brightwheel and the Dartmouth Magnuson Center, and is a board observer at Twic. She’s also had stints as a Founder & CEO, a derivatives trader on Wall Street, an engineer, and a professional skydiver. Throughout these experiences, she’s been a part of the growth journey of scaling several companies from one employee to many thousands.

Jan Hammer

With a focus on data and financial services, Jan has a track-record of spotting young companies that will go on to reshape the workings of the digital economy at its very deepest level. Jan was an early-stage investor in Adyen, which has since IPO reached a valuation of over $100bn; Robinhood, which floated in 2021 with a market cap of $32 billion; and Wise, which floated in 2021 with a market cap of $11 billion. Other companies in his portfolio include Alan, Collibra, Capitolis, Fast and SafetyCulture. He is ranked first in Europe on the Forbes Midas List for four years in a row, and among the top 15 on Forbes’ global list. Jan joined Index in 2010, after working as an investor at General Atlantic and an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. His career in finance offered him insight into the extraordinary opportunities available to founders who are audacious and determined enough to rebuild the structures that govern fundamental flows of data and information. His approach as an investor is characterised by his desire to build long-lasting personal relationships and a deep conviction in his founders and their visions.
