Role: Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Referral Partnership Lead
Team: EMEA Partnerships
Why did you join Fast?
First the product: as a consumer, I just really need one-click checkout. I have too busy a life to be filling in forms. Second, the people. I had amazing conversations with people who are truly phenomenal at their jobs, and I wanted to work alongside them.
What were you doing before you joined Fast?
I've been in partnerships for about 15 years. Prior to Fast, I was at Adyen, a payments company, doing partnerships there as well.
Where did you grow up, and what were you like as a kid?
Finchampstead, in Berkshire, near Windsor Castle in the U.K. I was a very good kid; I didn't like getting in trouble. I spent 99% of my time at the ice rink because I was an ice skater all of my childhood.
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Buying my first house. But then I became a mom in 2020. It’s been completely amazing.
When did someone's kindness toward you made a big difference in your life?
My new mum friends when I first had my baby were so supportive from day one.
Living or dead, who would you like to interview and why?
Victoria Beckham, because I feel like she is like multiple different kinds of people. If you look at her photos, she's very stern because of how she wants to look in the pictures, but then I think you get a better glimpse from her Instagram, where she's a bit cheeky, and I'd like to really get to know who she really is. And obviously I'd hope that David Beckham would be there as well so I can meet him and say hello.
Who is your celebrity doppelgänger?
Put it in big letters: "I DON'T THINK THIS," but a couple of people have said I look like Mila Kunis, who I would love to look like, because I think she's absolutely beautiful.
What is your top travel destination?
Ibiza, the Balearic island. I've been there numerous times, and I absolutely love it. It's beautiful. I'm very into the music scene there.
Where do you see yourself a year from now?
From a professional perspective, I foresee us being a much bigger team within the U.K. and being much more integrated into the ecosystem that we're working in now. That's really exciting. From a personal perspective, I should be married, and I might not be living in central London. I might be somewhere a bit more green.
