Updating Your Card Information

Adding a Payment Method from the Fast Shopper Dashboard

To add a card:

  • Log in to the Fast Shopper Dashboard.
  • Click on the "Payment" tab found in the left navigation panel.
  • Click the "Add payment method" button to add your new payment information.
Multiple Payment Methods

You can keep several payment methods on file as long as one card is selected as your "default" payment method.

After adding additional payment methods, you can also make one of them your default at any time.

You can edit an existing payment method by clicking an existing card, updating relevant information, and selecting "Update payment method."

You can also delete additional payment methods (i.e. any payment not set as your default) at any time.

During the 5-minute checkout window

During the 5-minute checkout window you have the ability to update your payment method to a different option that is listed in your dashboard or you can add a new one during the 5-minute window. If a payment option is not added or selected, the payment method chosen will be your "default" card in your dashboard.

It's important to mention that updating your credit card information is only reflected on future orders. Payment methods can not be updated on current orders, if you need to update your payment details on a current order please contact the merchant directly.
