Pricing Information
Pricing information can be found at Fast pricing, or you can contact our team for more information at [email protected]. The pricing page provides a breakdown of pricing for all countries where Fast supports Sellers.
Countries Supported
Fast supports Sellers listed on the Fast Pricing page. In order to be a Seller with Fast, we must be able to issue a cross-border payment in your country's native currency (more details here). If you are not in a supported country please reach out to [email protected].
If you attempt to onboard as a Seller from an unsupported country, the Seller onboarding process will terminate and you will receive a message thanking you for your interest (though Fast will follow up at a later date once you are eligible to onboard as a Seller).
Languages Supported
At this time, we currently support English as our primary language. We are looking to support other languages soon!

Shipping Options
The shipping options presented to the customer are the shipping options you have enabled for your eCommerce platform and will be available to the customer during Fast Checkout's 5-minute checkout window (aka the 5-minute order batching window). During the 5-minute window, the Shopper has the ability to update their shipping method. If no shipping method is selected, the default will be whichever option is least expensive to the customer.
Minimum Shipping Thresholds
Fast batches orders if a single customer places multiple orders within the 5-minute checkout window, so the final order will include all purchases within that window. Your customer will receive 1 order confirmation that communicates the total cost of the finalized batch order purchase. Your shipping system will also receive 1 order, and can then determine appropriate shipping costs, packaging, and timelines as determined by your shipping system settings.
Minimum Processing Volume
We do not have a minimum processing volume.
Currencies Supported
We support 100+ currencies.
International Refunds
When Fast processes a refund, we refund exactly the amount we received, in the currency that we received. For example, if we processed a transaction for $347.89 USD, we would issue a refund for $347.89 USD. If a customer paid with a card issued in a currency that is different from the transaction currency, the customer's bank will convert the refund amount back into the currency of the card based on prevailing exchange rates. This means that customers who receive refunds from Fast may sometimes receive less or more than the original payment amount shown on their card statement.
Supported Credit Cards
Fast accepts all major credit cards and charges a flat fee across the board. There is an additional 1% charge for international cards.
Will Fast Become My Payment Gateway?
Fast can co-exist with your existing payment gateway or Fast can be your exclusive payments solution.
How Will I Get Paid?
Fast Checkout payments are paid regularly to your bank account. Once you have filled out your Business Details and Bank Details, you will receive regular payouts into your bank account for payments made on your store through Fast Checkout.
First Payout
The first payout may take up to 7-14 days after receiving your first successful payment, as your account is being established. Subsequent payouts will arrive in your bank in 1-2 business days.
Does Fast support delayed captures?
