Pre-Install Step 3: Onboard as a Seller with BigCommerce

Prerequisites

Before you begin this process, you’ll need an online store hosted by BigCommerce.

Recommendation: Create Sandbox Account

Sign up for a Fast Sandbox account so that you can test your integration with test cards before going live.

PIN Validation

  1. On fast.co/business-sign-up, enter the following information and click Next:

    • Your company email address

      If you enter in a personal email address or another type of non-company email address, you can change this later. You can add additional email addresses for access later.

    • Your first name
    • Your last name

      If your business has multiple employees, the person signing up can add other sellers to the Fast account at a later date with custom permissions.

  2. Click Next Get Started As A Seller box
  3. Fast will now send a PIN number to your email inbox**. Open your email to find this PIN number and enter it here on Fast.

    NOTE: Fast doesn’t use passwords. We use PIN numbers instead. Fast Pin Pop Up

Fill Out Your Profile

  1. On the Business Details screen, enter the following information and click Continue:

    • Your company's legal business name
    • Your doing-business-as (DBA) name
    • Your legal parent company name Org Details Form
    • Your business address Org Address

Provide Platform Details

  1. Select "BigCommerce" for your platform type and click "Continue."

  1. Add the domain of your business website and click "Continue".

Connect to BigCommerce

  1. We need to authorize Fast on BigCommerce to install the Fast Checkout button. You’ll need the information below to connect your platform:

    1. Owner account credentials
    2. BigCommerce account email
    3. BigCommerce account password

  2. Click Log in and log into your BigCommerce account.

    NOTE: You need BigCommerce Store Owner access to do this.

  3. Click the checkbox and click "Confirm." Confirm

Verification

  1. We need to verify your business to get your account set up for Fast. Once you have the information displayed, click "Verify."

  1. Once you have entered the information displayed, click "Continue."

  2. Wait several seconds for the business verification to complete. If this verification is unsuccessful, contact Customer Success at [email protected]. Otherwise, move on to the next step.

Additional Step if Using DBA

If you operate under a DBA, you will need to click the pencil icon to enter the legal name that correlates with your tax ID.

Bank Details

  1. On the Bank Details page, enter the following information:

    • The legal entity the bank account was registered under
    • The currency you use (e.g. USD, EUR, etc.)
    • The country your bank account is in
    • Other applicable bank account details (depending on your region)
    Settlement Currency

    The country your business is registered in will determine which settlement currencies you can select.

    Similarly, for a given settlement currency, your bank account must be in a supported country for that settlement currency.
